Important role in the PETRONAS Accelerated Capability Development Program for petrolium engineers (2007-2025). Provided capability development by mentoring, developing, and providing training courses, delivering webinars and lectures in Petronas, UTP and indian universities/institutes. A certified trainer by HRDCorp Malaysia.
Taught semester courses at Khartoum University, UTP and IIT’s are Gas Reservoir Engineering, Water flooding, Enhanced oil Recovery, Reservoir Simulation and Reservoir Engineering and Reservoir Geomechanics.
